We then analyse the criterion closely. We interrogate the training package and ask ourselves, and then your Subject Matter Experts, the following questions:
What are the actual skills the training package requires?
What do those skills look like when practically applied to your workplace?
What is the best situation in which the learner can demonstrate their ability?
Is a direct or indirect approach more applicable?
How can assessment best follow the principles of assessment?
We then implement a comprehensive assessment regime, ensuring your assessment meets the unit requirements, and that the rules of evidence are met.
