UNDERSTAND YOURSELF AND OTHERS WITH THE ENNEAGRAM
I've always had a passionate interest in building connection and developing friendship and relationships, but in my early 20s I just kept getting it wrong.
I felt like I didn't understand my fellow humans.
This was my mistake:
I was assuming that everyone thinks in the same way that I do.
When a trusted friend and mentor introduced me to The Enneagram, everything changed. I felt like someone had given me a road-map, after stumbling around for years in the dark, trying to find my way.
I went on to use the Enneagram model as a team-building tool in my role in a Learning and Development team within a Government corporate office. I watched as people managing huge responsibilities developed empathy and mutual understanding, as well as improving their professional relationships.
I am now offering this workshop on weekends, to individuals. I feel like everyone should know this stuff. This course a corporate level professional and personal development, now offered for less than the cost of a night out.
Which personality type are you?
BY THE END OF A HALF DAY TRAINING, YOU WILL HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ONE OF THE MOST INSIGHTFUL AND POWERFUL TOOLS FOR UNDERSTANDING THE HUMAN PERSONALITY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD
Keira Minter's facilitation style is inclusive and experiential. In traditional education, you educate your mind. Experiential learning means you will participate in interactive group situations that allow you to experience the learning with your body and heart, as well as your mind. This style is transformational, which means at the end of the process, you are actually different from when you started.
We are all unique
If we observe ourselves truthfully and non-judgementally, seeing the mechanisms of our personality in action, we can wake up, and our lives can be a miraculous unfolding of beauty and joy.

IT IS TIME FOR PARENTS TO TEACH YOUNG PEOPLE EARLY ON THAT IN DIVERSITY THERE IS BEAUTY AND THERE IS STRENGTH.

Keira is an Enneagram genius. Her teaching style is really clear and simple. She holds a safe space so people can go really deep into who they are.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The Talking Styles
Each type has a distinct way of communicating. What they talk about, how they use language, and even how they construct a sentence. Once you understand the talking styles, recognising the underlying needs and wants behind it is straighforward. Communication becomes powerful and pleasurable.
There is no Ennea-type that is superior or inferior to another. It is fascinating to understand how everyone has evolved different strengths so that as a whole, the human family can work together. However, each person can function at different levels. As well as learning about each type, you will learn to spot the higher and lower potentials possible for each person.
Understanding the Enneagram types allows a window into the key underlying ideas that motivate behaviour. Understanding this about others is very helpful, understanding our own key drives and motivations is crucial. The Enneagram offers a shortcut to insights that could only otherwise be gained through years of counselling or therapy.
The Three Instincts
Throughout evolution, three main instincts for survival have been practiced and honed. Each individual relates to these instincts differently. Considering how a person has constructed their instincts is like opening a window into their inner emotional motivations and thought processes.
There is a lot written about the Enneagram, however learning in a group, with diverse types and subtypes, gives an opportunity to actually witness the types in action. Other people can often see us better than we can see ourselves. Watching other people and being in groups of similar people is probably the best way to understand this system.
Within every conflict are differing needs and points of view. Working out the needs and perspectives in a given interaction offers a unique opportunity - to create an outcome in which all participants feel respected and come out feeling they have had a win. By understanding who and what you are working with, you can begin to offer these solutions.
